This is a much-needed reminder for me at the moment, as I have some unpleasant and depressing voices chattering in my head. Here in Kansas there is plenty of wind to listen to.
Below is a video of "the brook running cool over polished stones" in Alan Seeger Natural Area in central Pennsylvania. The waves in Jamaica were equally successful at washing away my anxieties, but alas, being back home, they have returned. My upcoming walk with Barney will be helpful--he is a good listener!
