"Hallelujah!" "YES!!" These are exclamations of joy heard around the tax office when a challenging return balances. Each return is its own unique puzzle, and some have a thousand pieces and some have only a dozen. It is a joy to complete each one. Only a numbers nerd would find such pleasure doing taxes.
I feel compelled to offer up a bit of wisdom. We have several folks who are quite unpleasantly vocal about how much our services cost. You yourself may have grumbled about how much some service has cost you in the past. A) No one is forcing you to use us. We did not drag you into our office. B) If you work or used to work, I expect you enjoy getting paid for what you do or did. We enjoy that, too. Complaining is unbecoming. Be good to the people who serve you. If you don't like the service, go elsewhere. Please don't keep coming back and bitching.
